The PFAS Sites and Community Resources map, developed by Northeastern University’s PFAS Project Lab, Silent Spring Institute, and the PFAS-REACH team provides up-to-date and comprehensive information about places in the United States that are contaminated with per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), along with resources for impacted communities. The goal is to help researchers, regulators, and community members study PFAS, develop health-protective regulations, and advocate for the health of impacted communities.

The “PFAS Sites and Community Resources” map represents PFAS contamination and action in the United States to the best of our knowledge and is not intended to be used for legal purposes. If you reference information from the map, please credit “Northeastern’s PFAS Project Lab” by name and include the website address of this mapping project. While we regularly update the data contained in this map and strive to include accurate information, please note that some sites may be missing and/or contain information that is incorrect or outdated.
